Cosmetic and plastic surgery in New Zealand is privately funded. There's no public subsidy and, in almost all cases, no insurance cover, so the full cost sits with you. - Three months of bank statements on all active accounts
- Proof of income (bank statements or recent payslips or IR3 Summary of Earnings if self employed)
